This year, BGIS (A Brookfield Company) is proudly celebrating 25 years of providing facility management services across the real estate industry.

With a combined team of over 7,000 globally, BGIS relentlessly focuses on enabling innovation through the service it delivers, while actively looking for new opportunities that will enable innovation for its clients’ businesses. Globally, BGIS manages over 320 million square feet of client portfolios across 30,000+ locations in North America, Europe, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

BGIS was founded in Canada in 1992. As the years progressed, our business continued to grow as we expanded our service offerings and built our reputation as a leader in real estate management services outsourcing. Since that time, BGIS has grown to 7,000 team members across 15 countries. Together, we manage over 320 million square feet (29,730 million square metres) of client portfolios across 35,000 locations!
