BGIS launched the Memorable Customer Experience (MCE) program in 2016 to promote, encourage and reward BGIS Team Members to 'go the extra mile' for their customers. It's an opportunity to encourage everyone to think of ways to give their customers a 'memorable experience' when dealing with BGIS– one they would tell their friends and family about!

Wayne Hibbert is a well-known face at BGIS, and he maintains his reputation thanks to a positive disposition, cheerful smile, and an in-depth knowledge of facilities management. Wayne’s career at BGIS began in 2007 as a technician for a telecommunication client’s critical environment system. His dedication towards every task earned him the role of team lead within one year, and in 2009 Wayne moved into his current role as Regional Operations Manager for an account in the oil and gas sector.

Wade is a veteran facilities management (FM) professional with BGIS who began his career in the industry in 1988. Over the years, Wade earned his designations as a Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT) and Real Property Administrator (RPA). A decade’s worth of cumulative experience managing various accounts at BGIS has demonstrated that Wade’s leadership and versatility sees every project through from start to finish.
