Kathy is an Interior Designer with experience in the development and implementation of corporate facilities planning, relocation management and real estate services. Kathy has implemented workplace strategy programs for numerous clients. She specializes in change management, having completed a Master of Science in Facility Management. Her thesis focused on the Human Side of Change and the implications of corporate moves on knowledge workers. She also holds a Master of Corporate Real Estate designation (MCR) and a specialization in the Workplace (MCR.w). Kathy is an excellent communicator and an independent thinker with a demonstrated capacity for strategic problem solving. Currently, Kathy oversees an organization responsible for the delivery of workplace services for numerous large corporations across Canada.
