At BGIS, we create memorable moments. That is why BGIS Team Members are celebrating the inaugural anniversary of the Memorable Customer Experience (MCE) Program this December.
The movement has much to celebrate! Our North American Team Members submitted nearly 1,000 memorable customer experience moments to the committee inbox! In order to celebrate their efforts, we have awarded over 30 Team Members with gift cards and praise during company updates throughout the year. We look forward to innovating new and exciting ways to celebrate those who make a habit of making moments memorable for their customers in the New Year!

A MCE is defined by an experience that demonstrates BGIS values to achieve a positive memorable outcome by going above the expectations of our customers in order to provide a service delivery that creates a difference for the services we deliver.
