2022 BGIS Supplier Innovation Award Winners

We appreciate all our suppliers who showcased their thought leadership and innovation to improve economic, social, and environmental sustainability for BGIS and our clients.

It’s truly inspiring to see all the sustainability initiatives that are underway! This year we received over 60 submissions globally (from North America, Asia-Pacific and UK/Europe). An evaluation committee comprised of sustainability and supply chain experts evaluated each submission based on their innovative and sustainable contribution the impact on operational efficiency and operating cost savings.

The 2022 Global Supplier Innovation Award Winners were:

		Carnot Refrigeration Inc (North America)	Patented CO2 air conditioning systems Air conditioning systems that use CO2 as a refrigerant which has no effect on ozone depletion and on climate changes The units can do free-cooling without needing fresh air, compressor or pump to run Resulting in a green solution with major energy savings
		Flynn Canada Ltd (North America)	Flynn Asset Service Tool (FAST) A unique web portal developed for their customers to stay up-to-date on requests and quickly notify Flynn about roofing requirements on any BGIS Client properties With greater visibility into projects and work orders, facility managers can streamline their operations FAST allows facility managers to make quick and informed decisions based on detailed tracking
		EnviroScience Solutions Pty Ltd (Asia-Pacific)	Mice Plague Assessment, Remediation and Validation EnviroScience developed an Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) luminometer used to measures bioluminescence utilising the reaction of ATP with luciferase and is reported in relative light units (RLU). ATP is molecule ubiquitous to all organisms, making it a useful proxy for the presence of contamination Cost-effective, quick and easy method is extensively used by industries for cleaning and validation Highly efficient process using minimal equipment and resources
