BGIS Climbing Warriors Conquer the CN Tower
TORONTO, April 6, 2025 — A huge round of applause goes out to the BGIS Climbing Warriors for their incredible effort and spirit during this year’s World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Ultimate CN Tower Climb Challenge!
On Sunday, April 6th, more than 60 BGIS climbers came together to scale Toronto’s iconic CN Tower in support of global conservation efforts. Thanks to their hard work and the generous backing of supporters, the team not only met but exceeded their ambitious fundraising goal, raising an impressive $20,000 for WWF.
Their collective effort earned them 3rd place on the Toronto Team Leaderboard, and special congratulations go to John Castelhano, who proudly took 1st place on the Individual Leaderboard!
Since first participating in this event in 2015, BGIS has raised over $117,300 in support of the World Wildlife Fund and its mission to protect nature and reduce the most pressing threats to the diversity of life on Earth.
A big shout-out to our top three fundraisers:
Meera Thiagarajah – $817
Edylyn Caluste – $762
Rajan Tyagi – $733
Your dedication and generosity inspire us all!
