BGIS is proud to be recognized once again for our leadership in sustainable building management at the BOMA Québec awards gala, where we were awarded with the Gold Level BOMA BEST Award in the Office Building category for our work at the Édifice René-Tremblay, located at 150 Dion in Matane.
This award utilizes the scoring from the BOMA BEST Program to present awards in various building categories for buildings certified between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, highlighting the buildings and their teams for excellence in environmental management.
In addition, four BGIS managed sites across Québec were awarded Silver Level BOMA BEST Certifications for their strong performance in energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, indoor air quality, and responsible operational practices. Silver Level status is achieved by meeting all Baseline Practices and scoring between 60-79% on BOMA BEST’s sustainability and management criteria.
