BGIS Extends Partnership with 22 Bishopsgate

We are proud to announce that BGIS has secured a two-year extension to our hard services contract at 22 Bishopsgate, the tallest building in the City of London that embodies the structural and cultural shifts in how people work and live. 

BGIS has been a committed partner in the 22 Bishopsgate journey since practical completion in 2019, working collaboratively to support the safe, resilient, and high performing operation of the 62-storey , 1.275 million sq ft, people-led smart building that prioritises building performance, wellbeing, and occupier experience.

This contract extension reflects the strength of our partnership, a shared commitment to continuous improvement, and the trust placed in BGIS to act as a long-term steward of the building’s engineering infrastructure. We look forward to continuing to work alongside the 22 Bishopsgate Team to support its ongoing evolution and operational excellence through the next phase of its journey.
