BGIS Secures Multi-Year Contract with Moda

We are excited to share that BGIS has secured a multi-year contract with Moda to deliver M&E services across its superb UK residential portfolio.

BGIS will deliver a resident-first, data-led engineering service that prioritises safety, reliability, and performance, while actively enhancing the living experience across each building. 

The contract includes deployment of our AMI smart system to provide real time asset insight, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, supporting improved uptime, energy efficiency and informed decision making. In parallel, our BGIS Blue Zone Buildings™ programme will underpin a focus on healthy buildings, wellbeing, and environmental performance, helping Moda create spaces that support residents, protect asset value and drive long term operational excellence through a truly collaborative partnership
