BGIS Acquires the Business of Advanced Power Technologies

SEATTLE WA and POMPANO BEACH FL, January 4, 2022 — BGIS and APT today announced that they have completed a transaction under which BGIS has acquired the business of APT, a leading US provider of Electrical, Lighting, EV Charging, and Energy Management Systems, maintenance and installation services. APT’s founder Devin Grandis, and the entire management and leadership team of APT will join BGIS to support and enable BGIS’s growth in the US.
